There is growing research documenting the benefits of playing games. Gamification is beginning to touch almost every aspects of our daily life. Given the enthusiasm surrounding gamification for promoting proenvironmental behaviours and social inclusion, this first InLife workshop aims to focus design elements and connect them back to educational aspects and IoT contexts.
The workshop consist in three step. In the collecting step requirements and basic information will be introduced and structured, in the generating step the game patterns are generated, the review step, ideas will be presented and discussed.
The workshop is part of InLife H2020 project in which a gamification platform is developed to support new effective way of education.
The 1 day workshop is leaded by I-maginary in Milan (Italy).
